Refund & Exchange Policy


All sales are final.  We only exchange (see our exchange policy below) for the same item. 


It's fine to try an item but please do not actually wear it.  All items to be exchanged must be sent back in their original condition (unworn, not laundered, with tags) and packaging where possible.

We only exchange items that are damaged or defective upon arrival to the customer. If an item you are trying to exchange incurs damage on your behalf or is sent back to us in an unsuitable condition we will not be able to exchange the item for you. If you need to exchange for the same item, due to damage or defective item please send us an email first at and send your item to:
