All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for paying for the total shipping costs needed for your item to be exchanged. Your account will be charged if we are sending an exchange item to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Fashions by Adoma utilizes USPS & FEDEX to ship all domestic purchases.
Please allow up to 3 days for processing & handling. Orders are processed in the order they are received. If you have an order that requires rush shipping please contact us so that we can work to accommodate those needs.
